All I see is your upset the TYMO got banned, is he your friend?

The rules have not changed and are mearly being correctly inforced:

6. No flaming or trolling
Do not verbally attack or provoke others into fights or post for the sole purpose of causing unrest or dissent and stirring up trouble. Do not use immature name-calling and do not take personal conflicts onto the forums in public.

Moderator action: Posts deemed to fall under this category will be edited by mods. Offending threads will be closed. Multiple instances will be deleted.

15. The moderator's decision is final
The Imperial Conflict moderators have the authority to use their discretion and common sense on a case by case basis on moderating these forums and punishments for violating any of these rules. In special cases, moderators may delete posts deemed highly offensive to themselves or posts which contain a security risk.

16. Failure to comply to the rules
Continuous failure to comply to these forum rules will result in a mod-issued forum warning in the offending thread. Further offences made following this wa6rning could result in a temporary or permanent forum or account block, depending on the severity of the offence. You may appeal a decision made by mods/forum mods by discussing the punishment with a full moderator using the regular channels of communication.

Ty Chris, I'm not tryin' t' be mean or a tirent.  I just dern't see any need fer it an' 'tis very much in conflicts with th' rules o' this forum an' o' th' game.  I think it best that we leave it here an' if ye would like t' take th' matter further ye be quite welcome t' talk t' me or one o' th' mods in IRC privately.

There is indeed a rule about trollin' & if ye been asked by someone t' stop & yet continue t' do so after th' fact then ye be goin' t' be banned.  Just accept that thar be rules & that ye will be punished fer breakin' them.  Walk the plank!  We all know that & accept th' rules when we join up.

I did not ban tymo for calling me stupid, I banned tymo for trolling.

He/she has been posting in multiple threads and forums trying to annoy both me and other players. The very definition of trolling, I asked tymo most politle not to troll and he/she continued hence the ban.

I have posted no such warning to any other player and at this moment in time feel no need too.
