Topic: 2404, 2409 & 2397 Sign Nap

This is the official statement for the agreement between families 2404 2409 & 2397. The following terms apply to the nap:
72 hours cancelation
1 failed op = no compensation
1 successful op = 1 planet compensation
1 failed attack = 1 planet compensation
1 successful attack = return of planet attacked + 1 compensation
-cancelation must be sent to leader and will take effect at the time the message is sent.
-in the case where 2397 cancels nap on 2404 & 2409. Cancelation must be sent to both of the leaders of 2404 & 2409.
-In the case where either 2404 or 2409 send cancelation to leader of 2397 then that is a automatic cancelation for all parties
-if miss explore happens no trade out. However notice must be given and responded by leader before attacking

2409 & 2404 Agree to stay out of 2397 core consisting of the following systems:

(40 systems agreed on)

2397 Agrees to stay out of 2409 & 2404 core consisting of systems:

(40 systems from 2409)

I like to bring honor back to the game. Naps known to all are more likely to be enforced then those not. I encourage other fams to do the same. As well posting naps shows the current politics between fams.

I agree we used tro post naps in uni news back in the day we need to get back to that kind of stuff and as a whole come down on nap breakers with servere penalty's.
