why u voided nap? u cant just void nap cos they hit 641---> u arent allied with 641.

still dont see the point u breaking/voiding the nap.... u are not allied to 641 so u have no right to void ur nap to stand up for 641. they are all over ur core, thats what u get with napping. so now why did u void nap?

To my knowledge the NAP was co-signed by the families, and if you want to speak technical, if a NAP is co-signed by allies, and the opposing family cancels NAP with one of the allies (even if they are ex-allies by this time) it is void.

it never was signed by our ally... so it wasn't an alliance nap...

they waited till 2 days after nap with 41 was over to jump fleet...
guess why... if they though nap was over.. they would have jumped 2 days ago...

just remember, what's good for the goose is good for the gander.. we've got allies too you know.. not that we neccessarily need them in your case, but, simply illustrating that your reasons to break the NAP could basically give them carte blanche means to have an "open season" on your family.

and FYI: we were done with 41.. they were not even on the menu anymore.. All you have done is prolong their plight, and highlight to all of IC they are weak and can be vultured.
