Topic: why we have n00bs

because most don't understand that we all have the same limitations of what skill in what we do.
but most don't realise the HUMAN quotient, people make mistakes and miss times of attack, and wont build right.
thats what a leader has to deal with.
not explaining to you for 4 hours why we should do something in two.
LEADER is the job that every n00b wants... i say give it to the n00b and show him/her what it is like being responsible for everything.
most of the ones that know what to do will wait in the background till you beg for help.... then they understand that leadership is a job not a title.

Actually, I don't know why you all are riduculing - did you even read what he wrote?

Barring the title which is a bit on the flaming side - this is the most accurate thing Cougar has ever said.

Leader IS NOT just a title.  Do the job, "lead" the fam - and provide for them some organisation and direction.
