I would have raided 2330 earlier if Luster would have deleted earlier. I explored the planets he left empty and managed to infiltrate 2330 core.

simple fix for this.
when a new round start leave out the end date ;P
just set some requirements wich ar open for interpretation.

Did you not read Primo and my posts in the other thread Zanharrim?

1. We understand it was a bit of a late notice.  We apolgised for this.
2. There was no benefit to us to do this. Why must you think mods have their own agenda?  We did it to allow players the option to move over to Capri.
3. Capri got extended after this decision, because of game changes we're trying to bring in.  This was independent of the PW choice.
4. Mods are here to help the community and facilitate fun game play, despite what you may think of us.  We want things to run smoothly and without problem.  Else, we wouldn't put in our own time and countless hours to do so.  We're here for the betterment of IC.  We do this to help - and there's no gain for us.
5. In our collective judgement, we try to do what we feel is best for the game.  We can't satisfy everybody - but we do try to improve the game.

1. Apology accepted on my part, just try to do better next time.
2. Well, the benefit here might have been that it was easier just cut PW short than try to achieve a solution which would have allowed PW to end in due time. I think it is more important to keep to announced schedules than to get players start new round soon. Ppl should be able to move between galaxies within few days anyway, otherwise they are just inactive players.
3. Ok.
4. I know, but it seems in many cases you just do your decisions without any input from players, even if there would be many players who would have valid suggestions how things could be done in a fair manner. This is a game which should run smoothly, but you seem to forget that community is equally important.
5. You should use collective judgement of the community more. There are ppl who are willing to help mods and give opinions and suggestions. I know you can
