This is part of the "Please note that some changes will happen in the registration period. These changes might have an impact on the way you want to play."

They didn't say it outright, but they are letting one family be a "super" family with a higher player count.

wiwi deleting solves nothing. If this problem exists then it screws up the whole idea that its easier to random into a small fam and harder to random into a big one

Did Nolio touch the reset again?.... Last time this happened (and any other thing that doesn't work) was because of Nooblio....

might be caused by the fact that the whole fam from last round selected stay in fam then we drafted and got randoms and are still players missing from last round
