7 days, lot of fams will have big waves of deletion first day...i randomned a fam with one member, i had to delete knowing that 2 monthes with maybe 8 players will be 2 lost monthes. PPl should have 7 days to join the galaxy then mods randomly make the less possible fams with no more than 1 player difference. Then leaders would have  cash for mercato for 2-3 possibility of exchange of players. Exchanging a top player against a medium one would be paid according to a leader agreement (and players, or not maybe even better). fams having sold "top" players would have more cash for a better start...Fam should be at least 15-18 ppl, that semi-active players have less impact on the fam and that friends have more chance to play together. Delating would be impossible without leader being warned 2 days before (that he can change the mind of the player, lot of deletion during round are because ppl are drunk or just hit a laser trap [sometimes both:p] then they have to hide from msn for weeks) but they could not rejoin the round. That would make less insults in forums because of deletions...ppl wanting to join the game during round would go in the reserve and would replace deleters and inactives. During this time they could go in virgo to teach new players, have fun or relearn the basis
Inactives after 1 week would receive an email letting 1 day to come back otherwise they are replaced by a guy from the reserve, ppl knowing they cant play for days but will be back could enter a vacation mode with or without protection according to their wishes.
Fam bank should be usable by all vice leader, finished to bore ppl having to stay awaken or stay close to PC only to read on msn "send me 60 food" then 2 mn later, "oh i forgot send me 30 endu" then "shit i have to cast SA, send me 567 octa" this with 15 players. Less time lost for stupid things, more time to play...
