Its not hard to attack Rizzy, its just experiance and activity and Archangel has more than both mate.
I would Rather Play With Arch over any other player in IC tbh, hes a good leader, good strategist, good economist, and a dam good attacker and a dam nice guy.

4. Reliability

- how reliable you are, high rating means you dont delet or go inactive, always completes round, and an important planets needs to be taken by you, you take it without failure. when participating in a raid you log on for it etc

is this still cap cos im pretty sure arch missed the last 3 or 4 rounds of cap, and i dont remember a fam recently getting near to breaking 6k planets.
