considering most moderators are european and socialist, i doubt they would have a problem with the use of terms racist towards whites. they seem like the type for affirmative action.

Respect is not something you have to Earn, but neither is something you must demand, you give and you (should) get back.

some teachers indeed are a bit old-school, I remember having worn 'wrong shoes' aswell cause it was to warm, but they were broken anyways and kept falling  of nor really were my favourite kind, and about such small things I think one shouldn't make to much a fuzz about, just a light notice and nod.

Recently I aswell had a professor whom I think demands a bit to much, actually it's the 'prejudice' part; cause I failed my exam (real bad), and I'm
actually a good well learning student, but on the feedback day (semester to late though but had asked permision through email)  but when I entered
pretty soon she told me to 'DISSAPEAR FROM UNDERNEATH HER EYES' cause it was so bad, she could have been nicer and assumed that I had a 'bad period' or it just being my first year. anyways, I remained cool and left appologising.

Some people say they never pick fights, that 'Fights come to them', but I think in most cases that's just BS, for if you don't pick fights you don't continue in on the battle, you bow down and proove yourself 'better', unless it's about extreme things like hitting or humiliating or deep damage, in which you might go seek support from someone else (principal, police officer,etc) Good luck

some m****F***er whom grabs everyone's balls during soccer games, and I can bet you that they decreased in respect for him!
Unless you see 'absolute hate' 'spitting in the face' and 'calling names' as respectfull,
so don't anyone try that to 'gain respect', respect is about being respectfull
