Yes. I was using "compensated" as a more general term to cover anything he might be receiving in exchange (ie: moderators are technically compensated by being given VIPs, but other than that they're unpaid).

So, from reading here and elsewhere, Adoross is a "potential developer" who has never seen IC's code and is not being paid for his work. I hate to be negative, but I'm not very impressed tongue

A couple more questions for Adoross:
- What experience do you have with programming in general? How about with PHP/MySQL? How about with PHP code that requires register_globals and magic_quotes_gpc to be enabled? How about in an environment where editing code in the production server is the norm?
- Why have you chosen to do what is essentially free development work for Stefan? What made you decide to do it without having looked at the code?

So like... no offense but who the Hell is Adoross and where did he come from? I'll take it he never played the game before since no one has ever heard of him before this past weekend.

Oh well, if he can save the game that would be splendid. But forgive me if I'm a bit skeptical as we really need someone with experience playing the game to make informed decisions about game play and not just code.

But again, at least someone is trying to do something for this game, and it's about the first time since 2002 so best of luck mate. Maybe you can even inspire me to play the game again, lol.
