ill give you an brief explanation....

1. We all do a draft and choose real NFL players. Quarterbacks, Wide recievers, running backs, tight ends a kicker and an entire team's defense. We call this a roster.

2. Every week each player submits to the commisioner which players out of their roster they want to play for each of the postions (as mentioned above)

3. each player gets points based on what the real NFL player did during an actual game. Touchdowns, yards gained from running backs, field goals from a kicker, even interceptions from the defense you chose.

4. each player is playing against another. You add all these points up and whoever gets the most wins. We keep track of the records all season until right before the actual playoffs. Thats when our playoffs begin.

5. The overall winner gets 10$ from Artic and a VIP from me. It doesnt cost anything to play.

being knowledgeable about the NFL and its players help. You also need to know who is on a bye week (the week a real NFL team has off) and real injurys. You dont wanna start someone with a broken ankle, cuz that guy wont be playing and you will get 0 points for the position that week.

its simple enuff, but the stragegy lies in knowing how each team is doing and how individual players tend to perform versus a given team.
