He had crazy activity and was doing a good job for you guys (especially since Tico went mia). Ofcourse he didn't do 'that' great, since me and Middle (after having our portals removed and having had the jump on us by Aleph), took him out, kept him out, and eventually forced the NAP with you guys.
That's besides the point though. If he's doing awesome, and doing a great job for you... let him continue. For top fams like yoursleves, Morales are a dime a dozen, even if eventually. Easy enough to give the next couple to raspoetin and let Aleph continue as is.
Having said that, ofcourse Aleph shouldnt have deleted for just that reason. The problem must have been deeper. With his activity, maybe he just felt everyone else was inactive and he was just wasting time?
Imo....you shouldnt have been so harsh to get him to give up morales - in lieu of what he's been doing for you....
AND
...he shouldnt have deleted at the request either.
Let me be truly honest: if I was him and someone had to carry all the retakes on lost planets, it would have given him more than 1 lousy morale planet if I held probably more than 10. He was indeed very active and did a lot of work, but his role was to break portals, so he attacked a lot less than me. In fact, the numbers just proved that. I haven't saved the fam news at that time, but I was approximately doing 5 time more attacks than he was. OK, I had the lousy 'retake'-job, which has little glory, but that's not important in this case.
Important is the question who needs morales the most, is the quantity of your attacks. I had to the job to attack a lot but only small retake fleets (quantity but little quality) and he had the job to break portals with his big fleet size (quality but little quantity). You could say it was appropriate for his job to have a large fleet and being top in nethworth (which I really would not begrudged, I think he did a very good job in fact) and carry some but a little amount of morales and for my job to have little fleet and to carry more morales...
@ Rin: deleting when someone asks you to do something, that is just really lame. I'm saying you would have to agree with me at all, but the fact you're saying you would go as far as deleting yourself is rather stupid and doesn't make you look good. For me and for all those who have a bit of respect for their family: deleting is only an option when things REALLY get out of hand, and even then, it is not a small thing to do...
