Death is right it wasnt a war, it was a morale saving declaration.

We was not 2.5x ur NW and u was 10th, if ur in top 10 expect to get hit, u have planets, we need planets its the name of the game.

As for the most recent attacks itsb easily explainable.........

2272 had 48hrs to give up x amount of planets for the pnap (retakes they did on 94) (20 odd in total)

They ignored msg's and it stated in nap if they took the piss the planets would be taken by force.

So a few was taken by force and they still owe x amount of planets, so remove defenses of these planets like ur supposed to and u wont lose any fleet will you.

I have seen the details of the NAP between 72 and 94 and it doesnt mention 80 being involved, so it doesnt look like a ploy "to get other families off their back"

they dont owe any planets lee, they passed them to drago a while ago. quite a few of them got taken by 80 before we got to them. We are not allied to 80 Tjorvi and arent happy that 80 got the planets instead of us, why would we be? But since we ended the war, the only planets we have taken were agreed on in the nap, and we msged 72 to remove defenses before we attacked, and they did just that.

I am assuming that you are in 72's ally if you have seen the nap terms. But quite clearly you have no idea what you're talking about. It seems to me as though you think we are allied to 80 and asked them to take the planets from 72. well we are not. Our allies are 92, as almost everyone else in cap already knows.

Foohie is in 92 and was talking about the fact that 72 have claimed to be at war as an excuse not to be attacked by 92. That is why he made his above post.

I live to disappoint Archangel I'm in fact not one of 72's allies, but I am close enough to several of their players to get to know a few details from time to time, and as you said, "as Almost everyone knows," so I didnt know who your allies are, big whoop

I hardly see it as an attempt at an excuse to avoid conflict. People post in uni that they are at war with this person or that family, and people usually have the common sense to not interfere, because there has been numerous claims (not by myself or indeed anyone in this particular thread) that should another family - not including allies - join in the attacking, it could be considered an illegal alliance; "perform ops or attacks to assist the unallied family," now Im not trying to sour the mood in this thread, I just feel that while there are people attacking 72's actions, I feel it only fair that someone defend them, because Im sure we've all been at least in a similar situation before at least Once

All you see is a bigger family attacking a smaller family. i gave them there peace and they ruined that.

As stated by players in 94. 94 vs 72 has been OVER. and i have not heard any body talk of 72 being at war with anyone. and ffs, illegal alliance? really? than that could be taken as any family getting hit by two familys not allied being hit by a IA.  And let them defend themselves. your there ALLY. so get them to come here and speak for themselves. untill then, imho, they are hideing behind "being at war" so that people dont clear any more of there systems.
