Yes good ol' USA backing up their friends.  Need I remind you that the last two major conflicts America was ask by allies to assist they declined until they were attacked themselves.  I would rely on a quadrapalegic vegetable for back up before an American.  That's why I laughed so much when America started the war in Iraq and was shocked to find some of their allies refused to help and they got all upset about it.

That's part of the problem, not that you don't care about problems in other parts of the world but that you don't care about problems caused by you living your lives.  You fail to recognize the effect your lifestyle has on a global level as long as you get to be comfortable.  Like I said "You show little to no regard for the value of human lives beyond your own"

You don't care that some child has to work 20 hours a day for 25 cents to make your shoes as long as you get them.  You don't care that third world farmers are getting sick and dying from the pesticides you demand be used on your food to keep them bug free, heaven forbid your lettuce have a bite out of it.  This is one of the huge problems the world has with you, you consume so much and demand that your lifestyle be maintained with absolutely no regard for what is done to maintain it.

Let's look at the candidates:

Afghanistan - No nuclear weapons, no WMD program
Iraq - No nuclear weapons, suspected of Biological WMD program, unless I missed something they never found evidence of said program

So who exactly doesn't have a nuke anymore.  If anything you've given Middle and Far eastern nations that do have nuclear capabilities, Pakistan and India for example, a reason to start pointing their nukes at you instead of each other.

and DPS as far as me being concerned about the 3rd world countries, children or whatever. I'm in a struggle my damn self to survive ... every man for himself is the way i see things, if their stuck in that position i guess they drew the short straw ... better luck next time

Iraq didn't have any WMDs, and they certainly didn't have any nukes.

If they did have WMDs, they would have been the ones left over...that were paid for BY THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

And I'm not disagreeing with that sentiment just pointing out it's a problem people have with America.  Personally I only have one problem with America, the tourists.  American tourists have seriously made me consider that the US government forces them to leave the country in the hopes they'll get themselves killed.  One tourist came up to me in Toronto, Ontario and asked me for directions to Calgary, Alberta for those of you who don't know that is essentially on the other side of the country.  Now I don't expect Americans to have a thorough understanding of our geography but if you're going on vacation would it kill you to look at a map?

Another example I heard about was a group of Americans went hiking in Northern Ontario, bear country, and ended up coming across a grizzly bear.  Now any sane person who knew what they were doing would slowly walk away but these tourists decided they'd like to get a photo of the bear, no problem.  Then one of these geniuses thought it'd be a good idea to get a picture of him punching the bear.  However while the photo was taken he actually punched the bear.  Needless to say he was mauled by the bear, survived with severe injuries, and who do they blame for this?  The bear.

And I've got more but essentially it boils down to my problem with America is the tourists who come out of it because they are quite possibly the dumbest people on the planet.

First off, no one "Supports war."  What most Americans do support is the troops, through spirited send offs, and returns.

2nd, America has PLENTY of those willing to serve its military, and do what is needed from the leadership.

3rd,  American Military say, "Yes Sir."  Thats it.  If the General Staff has a problem w/the situation, they will do what is militarily needed in the best interest of the soldiers, and the country.

4th,  The military believes in going out, and kicking the shit out of those that feel the need to practice JIHAD on anyone that doesnt read the KORAN the same way they do.  Thats being nice b/t/w.

5th, and the biggest point of them all......We, as in America, Give a shit less what anyone not a citizen of the US thinks about what we Americans do or do not do.  We have enough of a problem w/Americans who hate the Govt., and those in Office who hate America, and those running for office that hate America.

I picked 4 european countries because I thought S.American countries, Asian countries would be harder. For the record I can name many states(Alabam, Arkansas , Rhode Island, Iowa, Maryland just to name a few), but thats like asking me for you to name british countys or german provinces.

governments are not bad nor good.  Like a child, governments need to learn.  The worst thing about America is that there are millions of people that hate, moan, bitch and complain about the government, but they dont take an active roll in the evolution of our government

when our government was first formed there was high hopes.  The Americans knew and understood the essence of was makes our government great.  Somewhere within the last 50 years, however, Americans lost the ability to understand what the american dream actually is....

Now adays, we have many problems within our school systems that may be the "prerequisite" to this problem.  When i was in high school, any slacker would be confronted with the famous "McDonalds" quote: "If you dont get good grades, you'll end up working at McDonalds"  this quote psychologically forces ppl who are in the position to work at mcdonalds to be swayed from employment for the sake of thier dignity! Then the drugs get involved and next thing you know, we got a city like Buffalo(where i live) making millionsof dollars and still cant keep up with the fiscal year budget.

you know what i find really peculiar? yanks being so touchy about their country. should someone point out a fault in united states, a yank will be quick to shout "omg ur jealous!!". what's even more peculiar is that they don't seem to ever think of if there's anything to be jealous of in usa. sure, people might not like its government and they'll oversimplify it by stating that they hate america. but how on this earth does that statement make someone envious? not liking something? i don't like stepping on dogshit in the park so clearly i am envious of the dogshit? or what? what's the logic in the "ur jealous" shout?
