I always wear a cup... for certain areas.... however, in my case, a voz is more appropriate
Only play at a regulated field. The main job of the refs is to regulate how fast the markers throw paint. That lessens a lot of injury.

that is what I wore, BDUs with a woodland bandana and a do rag and Fox mountain bike gloves. you can't see the black neoprene elbow and kneepads with a velcro closure and black Big 5 patrol boots. all that with the mask over it makes you hard to spot, you breathe less dust, it takes the sting out of hits to wear all that cloth. VERY hot though.
boots support your ankles when you run and dive and the elbow and kneepads also make it easier to crawl flat, as you should.
Also you look very badass no matter how much you actually suck.
also you should try to coordinate with your friends so you fight as a team. My friends "just play to have fun" so we bring $1000 worth fo gear and get our ass kicked by 15 year olds with $20 Brass Talon Kmart pump markers. buddy up and yell at each other a lot about what's in front of you.
If you can wrangle it so that you're the guy in the back firing boxes of paint at full auto, yelling at everybody else where to shoot, then that is very pleasant and you can always surrender before somebody bunkers in front of you and shoots you in the head from two feet away.
Gloves defo - you'd be surprised how often you get shot in the hands. Watch out for getting shot in the back of the neck o_0..hurts like hell. If you dont have a box wear 2/3 boxer shorts. I got rapid fired in the crotch about 3 secs after realising I was out of ammo
. Flashbangs and paintball grenades are good fun and damn loud, but you may find them expensive for what they give.
Long sleeve shirts, gloves, and long pants. It doesn't hurt that much unless you get hit in the ears or the hands. I <3 Paintball
Just take it like a man
quit being a pussy and play with real guns you little vagina
420 once got fined $50 for returning fire on a Vice-President with an unlawful gauge
the "say something about the guy above you" thread is located elsewhere ![]()

WOW that is it $1k in gear? just one of my maker aloan is $1500 not including a tank and upgrades and packs.....
I do agree with you on the Refs and regulate how fast your FPS is,
Well joe had a $800 A-5, $150 tactical vest, $200 blackhawk combat boots, and $300 in paint and he was the grungiest
But the most sycho badass is a guy SuFu who has a sheridan pgp duct-taped to his blue jeans, he doesn't pull the trigger til he's ten feet from the target. And he'll sneak that close
Build a Ned Kelly styled armoured suit.
Don't run in front of your own team
long sleeves are definatly advisable
also depends on who is providing the paintball gear but normally they provide an overall for you to wear besides the mask and gun
also this has nothing to do with safety but those masks can get awefully foggy if they're not maintained properly by their owners (which they often are not) so you may want to consider bringing some of those detergent hankies you can use to clean motorcycle helmets and glasses and stuff, the mask obstructs your view enough as it is
