I seriously can't even believe this is a discussion. A Vice- Principal strip searches a teenage looking for pain killers, but a six year old gets punished for touching another students behind? Theres a very good reason kids to things they're told to not do, because we tell them not to do it. If you tell a child not to touch a hot stove, the child will touch it regardless. If you tell a child not to touch other peoples behinds (perhaps the child seem one adult slap another adults ass and they had a laugh about it, the the kid just wanted to try and be funny?) 9 chances out of 10 they will. You can't expect a 6 year old to understand societal constructs when his president picks his nose on TV (but he thought no one was watching, so it's ok).

As for the woman telling the children to get down out of a tree because they were acting like "monkeys". Obama is an ass. He's so [] caught up in trying to get President that he won't even stand up for one of HIS people when they are wronged by a blood hungry media.

A kid just trying to annoy a girl is one thing, a six year old who wanted to "feel how a girl is different" by touching one without permission would NEED to be singled out for counseling while a juvenile. That's just one example of how a slap is not just a slap.
Touching a hot stove is a rule kids break, so too, more rarely, is injuring and violating other kids and babies. The sickness is really out there and it has tio be faced when encuntered

That 17 year old Genarlow Wilson was at a party of five 17 year olds who had group swx with a 17 year old and a 15 year old. The 17 claimed rape, the 15 year old said it was consensual. They had filmed the sex on a cell phone. The other four guys plead guilty to one felony count and got one or two years. Wilson refused to plead because as a sex offender he would not be allowed to live under the same roof as his kid brother. So he tried to beat all the charges and get totally acquitted.
They "threw the book at him" tried to get him forty years in prison and while he was acquitted of raping the 17 yr old he was convicted of statutory rape of the 15 yr old which at that time and as charged got him 10 years. After that the prosecutor said, since he was not an a rapist, if he would plead guilty to misdemeanor statutory rape, the prosecutor would appeal to the court to have him released from prison with the time he had served.
Genarlow Wilson refused to do that, because that would mean he couldn't live at home with his kid brother. Eventually the state lowered hs offense to a misdemeanor in the statute and a court insisted he had thus served the maximum time and he was released. I believe he is still considered a sex offender.
So it was not a case where they shoved this poor young man into the belly of the beast for a peccadillo, it was a case of a guy accused of a gang bang, the other guys plead guilty, he's on film, and he goes to court saying "lemme go free, anyway"
