Anyone actually interested? I nearly got tickets for the opener today but they were too expensive, sixty quid to watch England Vs Netherlands? I would only pay that to watch one of the top teams, but it isn't worth it to watch England. I also wanted to get tickets for the double header New Zealand V Scotland, Australia Vs Windies but I'm busy that day. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

I don't believe it. I didn't even think that the calamity that is England could lose to the Netherlands! I deliberately stayed clear of looking at the result so I could watch the highlights but wtf?

Luke Wright is a crock of shit and even he scored 70, where the hell was the rest of the batting? I know talking about England's batting is pretty academic when Pietersen isn't playing but not even a single six? We don't have that many big hitters to call upon so why was Mascarenhas left out? Especially with Pietersen out. Rob Key is just a bit fat useless pie lover. As for the bowling, what happened to bowling at the stumps? The batsman is under no pressure if he can choose his shot and is only getting out because of the shot. Bowl at the stumps you fags! I'm a Yorkshire fan so it pains me to say it but Adil Rashid is over rated, I'd have Swann in place of him any day! England are all but out after the very first game, even if they beat Pakistan they have to wait on the Pakistan Netherlands result. Embarrassing! England should just stop playing cricket! Forever

I laughed so much when I saw that result.
Wasn't expecting it, especially with home support as well.  Really terrible performance from England - then again, maybe it is a sign that teams were simply underestimating Holland?

Well the Netherlands have Dirk Nannes and Ten Doeschate who are both good players, but like Primo said, they also have people who work in Burger King =/

Luke Wright did well, batted well and it looks like he bowled better than his figures suggest. I still think he's crap though! Not really sure why Mascarenhas opened the bowling or why Broad only got 3 overs =/ But whatever, we still won! I thought Rashid did a lot better than last time.
