Topic: Big Gary has been perm banned from IC.

The mod team has decided to ban Big Gary from the game for severe misbehaviour, and continuous rule breaking.
We felt his behaviour was reducing the fun people were having with Imperial Conflict.

If you encounter him ingame, please report him to a moderator.

Have the moderators ever done this before?  By that, I mean publicly announcing that someone has been permanently banned.

why flame primo, he does his job and does it well.

at least some mods are still putting so much effort into the game, without them this game would be nothing.

WAD was perm banned, but i am not sure if it was announced.
However, I don't see a reason to not notify the community of this.

Unnecessary; unless he was hacking accounts or spamming maliciously, anything else, while possibly annoying and in need of discipline, doesn't really merit a permanent ban from the game

The first to be banned was some spammer of the forums. I think however he has since been let back in.

WAD was the second to be publicly said he is banned. I remember the mods explaining what he had been doing and that he got banned, but not in so formal a method.

I am not sure about Moulondrax, I was away I guess...

Oh and fyi

Proton, Wad, Moulondrax and another whom I won't name have been banned forever from the game. Moulondrax is the only one that the ban is still forever stuck on though.

glad to read things like this, at last mods are acting like they should, all I have read from guys like proton or big gary are ALWAYS offensive posts to all the community, I was starting to be full of it.
