Topic: Obama is indicted!

In fact by many different Grand Juries. A list of people are getting sued, indicted, and even having complaints to the local DA offices being made. This list includes Congress, Vice President Cheney, Obama, Biden, and the government of Hawaii.

Now if you lack the ability to research please do not question my post. This is the truth as I have read it, and am re-transmitting it to you.

The issue at hand is simple. Is Obama legally a US 'Natural Born' Citizen.

There is a growing series of questions and complaints, as follows:

1) Why does he not reveal, despite his claims of a more open Government, his birth certificate unless it shows he is not legally born here?

2) Is his birth certificate showing he was born outside the United States, which would make him ineligable to be president?

3) The fact his father was a British citizen prevents him from being President since the founders decided natural born meant you did not have dual citizenship is also a claim.

4) What was the nation of birth listed on his passport when he visited Pakistan?

There are a dozen of these 'grand juries' having passed judgment to indict him, but then these grand juries may or may not have the right to do so as they are not formed at a prosecutors request. I did not have time to look up the legality of it, but the organizers claim two amendments give them the right to do so.

These two are the first, and the fifth.

Amendment 1: the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances

Amendment 5: No person shall be held to answer for any capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a grand jury

Those specific clauses are what they are using.

Also happening is lawsuits, of which many have been filed with at least 3 different attempts at the Supreme Court level. In many cases the government is taking the position to ask for delays on the hearings, and the lawyers for the plaintiffs claim this is an attempt to stretch the issue out to drain the funds of the plaintiffs as well as other nefarious reasons.

One such case is already at the 3rd Court of Appeals.

Almost 400,000 citizens have signed a request to Obama to have him release his true Birth Certificate.

Also in this vein of issues is the simple fact, if Obama wanted to cut the balls off a lot of Republicans at once, and if his Birth Certificate was real and made him eligible, and with his claim for a more transparent government, has he made it impossible (as much as he can) to see it?

Stay tuned, we might just find a new President (ewww, Biden!)

Lizon if you cared to read I opened with a quick comment of whats happening, details about it, the claims made, and then closed with a question of is it legal, followed by a quick how Obama can get out of this without any losses of his own, but why is he not question.

Re: Obama is indicted!

"And you only read what you wanted..."

An assumption, and it's something that I read about months ago and dismissed out of had having no relevance what so ever. I dismissed your question entirely as having no grounds to be brought up under the current circumstances. Sorry if you don't agree but that's how it is.

Also your signature is flawed.

"Obama is a liar. He has destroyed our futures. Prepare for the recession."

It was the Bush administration that caused he economic collapse that propelled the American people to vote Obama in and overwhelmingly support his policies. If you want somebody to blame for this recession blame the previous administration's lax economic policies and lack of regulation in areas that needed regulation. Now I do disagree with some of the spending (ok a lot of it, let GM fail IMO), but I do believe that the Obama administration is trying to do something which is a hellva lot more than what most of the republican party is doing. I want the Republican party to present the American people with a choice, not conspiracy theories, soap box speeches, and a new "Red Scare". Be constructive for once.

Re: Obama is indicted!

Bush 1 trillion dollars

Obama 12 trillion in just one aspect alone.

I rest my case.

Regulating? Ummm, regulations caused this.

1) Housing loans must be given to disadvantaged people in the area the bank is located in.

2) The Fanny and Freddy will cover any issues with this loan policy

Again I rest my case.

Then there is the last part of this.

"The Red Scare".

Obama has done the following:

1) Unconstitutionally fired GM's CEO

2) Told GM what they should manufacture... and said he does not want control of the company... which is it?

3) Has made a stress test on banks, with controls on them (They are desperate now to unload the cash, and yet even the ones who passed the stress test are not allowed to pay it back... Prediction is nationalization or swapping preferred stock for controlling stake stock)

4) A certain candidate for a major cabinet post who got caught cheating taxes and let go has been hired by... GE... with a new health care program which just got highlighted by the Obama administration for leading the way to socialized medicine. Which by the way we can get plenty of testimonials from England and Canada is not a 'good thing'.

5) Obama has struck at the people with guaranteed payback rights in GM and Chrysler, his aired time where he ranted against them is directly similar to an event against some executives for AIG... who had contracts, legal contracts, and suddenly had so many death threats against them, as well as Obama and Congress telling them they needed to give that money back... Contracts which are legally binding and the President is supposed to protect the law.

6) Obama has stated he intends to make electricity prices by necessity skyrocket.

7) Obama has declared his means test for a new Supreme Court Judge. Instead of one who will side with law and the constitution he wants one like this:

"We need somebody who's got the heart to recognize

Everything bad in the economy is now Obama's fault. Every job lost, all the debt, all the lost retirement funds. All Obama. Are you happy now? We all get to blame Obama!

Re: Obama is indicted!

"Bush 1 trillion dollars"

In stimulus money, alone yes, what about the deficits preceding that.

"Obama 12 trillion in just one aspect alone."

I heard it was a lot less than that, course didn't I already say that I disagreed with a lot of the spending. But I do give credit with the administration doing something rather than nothing. Instead of pointing yjod pit pver and over, present an alternative that won't repeat the errors from the previous administration.

"Regulating? Ummm, regulations caused this."

This only shows that you really don't fully understand how this economic crisis came about. Heck not even I know, I doubt anybody can the economy is a huge beast. But what I do know is that there was a huge market for sub-prime mortgages and the insurance of these assets as well. They were overinflated and there really weren't many rules to protect consumers and businesses from their potential fallout. Many companies bought large packets of these morgage assets to pad their books and boost profits, so much that when the bubble finally went "poof" it simply wiped their books clean. Heck many of these companies are now asking congress to regulate them, to prevent these matters from happening again. The truth of the matter the previous administration let these assets brew and grow for 8 long years. If no regulation of these assets cause this crisis then it is only logical to assume that the system in place wasn't looked at well enough. That's how I see it anyways.

"Housing loans must be given to disadvantaged people in the area the bank is located in."

I don't think that people who can't afford a house should be waved money in front of their noses and told that they can buy a house.

"The Fanny and Freddy will cover any issues with this loan policy"

Somehow having a government owned mortgage company doesn't makes me feel any safer. ^.^

"Unconstitutionally fired GM's CEO"

They were going to get fired anyways, and they really had to go. He simply told them if you want this money you have to leave. Is is twisting their arms? Yes. Is is borderline unethical, maybe. Is it illegal? Nope.

"Told GM what they should manufacture... and said he does not want control of the company... which is it?"

I'll be honest, I have no love for GM at all. Their a really pathetic car company that doesn't want to listen to reason. Their a lot like government, big, huge, bloated, unwieldy, and unaccustomed to change. They needed to be told what to do and when Obama told them to do that I was like "FINALLY!". I think what Obama is trying to tell GM is that they can't just get this government money (our money) and go off and keep doing things like they always did. That's what caused their comanies to fail to begin with. Furthermore the government owns shares in this company now (I don't like that prospect either) so really they do have a say in what they can and cannot do when you think about it.

"Has made a stress test on banks, with controls on them (They are desperate now to unload the cash, and yet even the ones who passed the stress test are not allowed to pay it back... Prediction is nationalization or swapping preferred stock for controlling stake stock)"

You seem to forget that this happened in the mortgage crisis in the 80's. (was it the 80's I forget, or was it the saving n loans crists, I can't remember exactly what it was). They are following the same system that was used then. The banks will be fine and independent soon enough. Your prediction is a fantasy.

"A certain candidate for a major cabinet post who got caught cheating taxes and let go has been hired by... GE... with a new health care program which just got highlighted by the Obama administration for leading the way to socialized medicine. Which by the way we can get plenty of testimonials from England and Canada is not a 'good thing'."

I've never been a supporter for nationalized health care. What they should do is ask the question "why does health care cost so much?" and fix that problem itself, not just throw money at the problem. It seems that both parties have dropped the ball on this one. I don't think that anyone should be denied health care just cause they can't afford it, so we need to make it affordable.

"Obama has struck at the people with guaranteed payback rights in GM and Chrysler, his aired time where he ranted against them is directly similar to an event against some executives for AIG... who had contracts, legal contracts, and suddenly had so many death threats against them, as well as Obama and Congress telling them they needed to give that money back... Contracts which are legally binding and the President is supposed to protect the law."

That was more of a PR issue. AIG was already in a lot of trouble, those the contracts were legal, it really wasn't a good showing for AIG. I think it was more of the matter of Obama trying to brush the issue under the rug to get to more important issues. I'll forgive him for that one.

"Obama has stated he intends to make electricity prices by necessity skyrocket. "

Don't see how he can do that one, those are regulated by the states, not the feds. Now bills that promote clean energy production, I'm for that.

"Obama has declared his means test for a new Supreme Court Judge. Instead of one who will side with law and the constitution he wants one like this:

Re: Obama is indicted!

Both parties dropped the ball? The RINO's in our party dropped the health care ball.

I also think that yes, doing NOTHING is a wiser course than what Obama is doing.

But I take it a step further.

Evidence through American History, World History, and even in current events in Ireland show a single wise path here. Cutting taxes makes more jobs, more GDP, and eventually more tax revenue as well.

And as far as I can tell your for all the socialist ideals of Obama. I do not want a car that weighs 100 pounds and gets 100,000 miles per a gallon. I want an auto I can rely upon in bad weather conditions, in bad road conditions, to survive a minor wreck, to transport what I need to transport when I need to transport it, and I prefer larger 'boats' as well. Such as the Bonneville, my favorite car to date.

You know I drive now for a living? The one car that pisses me off the most is... Surprise.. a Prius. The damned things cannot go up a hill at any acceptable rate.

Only on Health care do we really reach an accord. I say one further however. Promise if you fraud health care you will languish in a well lit chamber for 4 years with stale bread and water delivered at random times (to keep you guessing how long you have been in there) before you finallly are executed. Of course a level should be made, so a paper clip that cost 10 cents more than another is not considered fraud. But those groups which sell gold caps to kids in Texas via advertising to illegal immigrants they will pay them $100... those need to all suffer this imo. Maybe it's not texas, and maybe it no longer is an issue, but there was such a case where people were paid to have gold caps on perfectly fine childrens teeth cause the payout on it was so high.

And so far you either side with Obama, or forgive him on it all. Your also so egotistical on it, it just makes me sick. I am thinking of posting your text to a couple conservative forums, perhaps even that new one you gave me... Just so I can watch others laugh with me.

If a prosecutor has a video of someone robbing a bank, a confession of the person robbing the bank, and a thousand witnesses who saw the person rob the bank, the prosecutor doesn't rest their case after the video.  That would mean they aren't allowed to present new evidence... and they would be out of line for making the further comments.  tongue

Re: Obama is indicted!

"Both parties dropped the ball? The RINO's in our party dropped the health care ball. "

Yes both parties dropped the ball. It's been rolling downhill for years. -.-

"I also think that yes, doing NOTHING is a wiser course than what Obama is doing."

I respectfully disagree. It's better to do something now and make the wrong decision and fix it later, than watch as things get worse and wonder why we didn't do anything to begin with. Dammed if you do and dammed if you don't.

"Evidence through American History, World History, and even in current events in Ireland show a single wise path here. Cutting taxes makes more jobs, more GDP, and eventually more tax revenue as well."

There is more evidence throughout history that having sound economic policy and a balanced budget are the keys to economic prosperity. Simply cutting taxes for the sake of cutting taxes isn't sound policy. Bush Sr. understood that and he was vilified by the GOP because of it. Despite the fact that his actions help lead to the economic boom in the 90's.

"And as far as I can tell your for all the socialist ideals of Obama."

Didn't I say I was against universal health care and though GM should have been allowed to fail. In business if you make bad decisions your company fails while others pick up the pieces.

"I do not want a car that weighs 100 pounds and gets 100,000 miles per a gallon."

That actually would be kinda cool when you think about it. ^.^

"I want an auto I can rely upon in bad weather conditions, in bad road conditions, to survive a minor wreck, to transport what I need to transport when I need to transport it, and I prefer larger 'boats' as well. Such as the Bonneville, my favorite car to date."

Nothing against this, this also doesn't mean that the car can't also be fuel efficient, lightweight, and environmentally friendly. In many cases it goes hand in hand. In fact it can make the cars even more profitable if done correctly. The car industry has been asking the feds to set a national standard on fuel efficiency for 2 decades, but for some odd reason it just never got done. This was mainly for business reasons, one standard to go by reduces production costs across the board.

"You know I drive now for a living? The one car that pisses me off the most is... Surprise.. a Prius. The damned things cannot go up a hill at any acceptable rate."

We don't have hills where I live, so that's no problem. I would love to get a Prius myself.

"Only on Health care do we really reach an accord. I say one further however. Promise if you fraud health care you will languish in a well lit chamber for 4 years with stale bread and water delivered at random times (to keep you guessing how long you have been in there) before you finallly are executed. WTB Translation to English please. ^.^;

"And so far you either side with Obama, or forgive him on it all."

I Agree on some, disagree on others, and forgive on the rest. I give people credit where credit is due.

"Your also so egotistical on it, it just makes me sick."

I found this amusing coming from flint. ^.^

"I am thinking of posting your text to a couple conservative forums, perhaps even that new one you gave me... Just so I can watch others laugh with me."

Your probably the one that will be laughed at considering that your not even a conservative. Your not even a Regan Conservative (Their a much more constructive lot), don't know exactly where to place you but that's besides the point.

You can't call yourself a conservative when you blindly supported the largest expansion in presidential powers since FDR, that isn't conservative. Conservatives don't support many if not all of the policies instituted since the Patriot Act. That isn't what Regan stood for or what the true grass roots conservative movement represents. Conservatives love their country, they don't hope for a civil war like you do. You aren't a conservative, at least you wouldn't be considered one here in Texas at least. Re: Obama is indicted!

During the 18th century limiting voting rights was a good thing all things considering. Now it's the 21st century, a lot has changed. You can't reasonably expect 18th's century thinking to survive in a 21st century world.
