Topic: MODs Destroying IC

Being so stupid and idiot to DELETE the top banker in our family who was ahead of everyone in infra prior to blocking for his wife going onto his account for a tick or two to aid in without his consent is ABSURD.  I'm not hear to discuss the block, its done and over with, so dont close this thread.  This is to express my frustration, and the frustration of MANY other IC players out there with the way IC is currently ran.  We have several retarded mods, including KT, Nolio, and Lexuzius.  KT, well she's a woman so i don't need to say anything else. Nolio, lives in the cocaine capital of the world and has been a proven cheater. Lexuzius, who is just a completely stubborn IDIOT and doesn't have an ounce of reason inside his body.  YOU mods, may think you only deleted one player, but you have ruined the entire round for our family, we have lost the passion we had set forth into this round with, and this will conclude my time in IC..for good.  I know not many of you like me, but for those who knew me well will vouch for me that i'm not a bad guy, i just have a temper when it comes to dealing with people that are stupid and lazy.  You MODs, have just given a family that had such drive and passion for this game a ticket to retirement-ville.

Yes, his wife aided in for him with/without consent and that is considered babysitting an account which is a big no no

so he should have been blocked

Yes, the mods were slightly mean, not about the block but I think they could have a) given his planets to other bankers in the family or sent his aid to the leader at least

Its almost as good as when KB killed PP_

End of the day it happened and if people don't like the game is being refereed then they don't have to play, the more that leave the more voice that they have, one X amount of people leave the game for a specific reason i.e. the mods are crap then maybe the powers that be will get new ones in

Smells like the commons tbh

They just got rid of Martin (speaker of the house) because of corruption and crap, maybe this is what IC needs???

Look at the way the rules are worded..

"# Giving your account password to anyone, as applicable when babysitting or transferring accounts. This includes using a password known to others. Not following these rules will result in deletion of accounts of all participating parties.


# Allowing someone else to enter your account. Administration reserves the right to view account information for official investigative purposes."

The rules seem very careful in how they are worded.... Don't you agree neuch?

he knew the rules...he broke the rules...punishment came down.  If you want to be upset at the mods, be upset that they punishment was too severe.

But then again, then this thread would be about the block..and therefore probably deleted before i finish typing this.

Mods just did their job.  Rules were enforced...strange to see that online.

And i would be seriously ticked off if they let the top family keep the benefits of cheating i.e. giving the planets to the family while deleting him.  Be mad at the cheater, he's the one who "ruined" your round.  If you were really that good, you can recover.  Its a weak round.

ps.  Rules are there so no one gets unfair advantage(s).  It doesn't matter whether there was a consent or not.  If she helped him out (well, helping your entire fam out actually), he/your fam were treated with unfair advantages (whether it was intentional or not, it doesn't matter).

Ok so here's how it went: some banker (call him George) left his IC account for a few days. WITHOUT his consent his wife -who's never played IC before- -who doesn't know how to send aid- independently decides(?!?) that she's going to log into her husbands account -on a website she doesn't visit- and send her husbands family members aid.

lol i cannot even understand why his wife logs in to send aid or wahtever, if I ever let my gf get into my account no matter what I tell her, she will surely click in 'surrender' link yikes

I mean, wifes, girlfriends, mothers, and all that sort of strange beings, are normally willing us to quit this shit from once and forever. It is rare to see a wife sending aid, lol, sorry I cannot figure, and I hope my gf never have the evil idea of replacing me while i am off to bathroom (or anythng) bcause she will be pleased to delete my empire tongue

Quick note to end part of it: reference to saving on his PC? I don't even have to log in, I have firefox set to auto fill in my username and password when I come to the imperial conflict website so I don't have to do a thing, not hard after that especially when Imperial Conflict is the top of the drop down for my Fire Fox address bar. It's then just clicking into the galaxy which is self explanatory.

Maybe he was grumbling he couldn't send aid and in an effort to make him happy she tried to help??...

Edit: hmmss... sucked into discussing the block.. Sorry hmm. Anyways back on topic, I think the mods do a fair job in considering being consistent for the whole galaxy, sometimes that bites us for individual cases.... but there isn't much we can do except quit which kinda is against all the complaints that IC is dying.

IC as a case study

Before morale, before building limits, before market tax, before the current mod team, i played in galaxies with 800+ players

Now, I play in a galaxy with 380 and one with 150.

Are the rules in question fair? yes. Are the mods? perhaps not. Is the game making positive changes? no.
