im a smaller fam than your fam and me and 97 made an agreement to not attack each other. and 97 agreed to it so i think they are a good bunch because they agreed to leave my fam alone while they could take 100 of planets.

actually by him saying attack this fam or that fam its not an IA as long as he doesn't cordinate with a non ally he should be fine.
learn the ways of the BC art of war, you have heard 4 people in just the last 3 pages example it to you.... if you don't then those people in those families will farm you, and there will be no AI... they just know to attack people that would attack a family 20 ranks below them, because the likelihood that everyone hates them as well is good... and they get free planets, for eating like phirana.

Overall, we have been successful in exploring and portalling 97's core and wrenching 30 + planets from them.
P-Day 1 (Year 8,8) of Operation Piranha has been successful. Best of luck to other Piranhas out there for P-Day 2 which is set for (8,38).
When 97 drops out of Top 5, we may allow them to Nap us.
Hopefully, they will have learned their lesson. Don't farm Piranhas.
