They can cover Metallica i believe, aslong as its a NEW song tongue and they have permission..

Anyone can compete, there have been some popular groups lately aswell i think, not major groups, but decent ones.. Also remember abba wasnt that big when they won eurovision

Because something tells me they wouldnt be included into "Middle east song contest" or "Allach Akkbar song contest" or "Arabic league song contest" so they joined europe instead.
