Anyway PNAP has now been signed. It remains to be seen if it will stand this time or if it will be broken again, but here's hoping.

they wer not included in the nap mssg, so we can discuss if it was part or not part of it. the nap mssg is open for interpretation from both sides. hence the nap signed now has all information included so no mistakes can be made.
