Then become a resident of Montana. If made in Montana and kept in Montana, Montana argues, it is not interstate commerce and the feds cannot regulate it.

Montana's State government actually hopes the feds challenge this, as they see this as a chance to reaffirm State's rights.

Other States are considering similar moves, including Utah where passage is expected soon of their bill.

Some states are waiting however for the fight to be concluded, with bills waiting in committee.

Other states are choosing other battle grounds with which to fight... The showdown is getting intense.

States' rights? Then how will Chairman Al'Bama enforce the party's will equally upon the people they govern for?

Obviously the party will remove this silly "states' rights" idea from their path. For social and economic justice, anything is warranted. If a law impedes them, the law is wrong and will be avoided, ignored, or changed.

Although apparently montana state and every county in montana is free to forbid their cops from enforcing the federal 1935 Firearms Act, or even reporting violations to the ATF. Yknow, like some "sanctuary cities" won't notice illegal aliens or marijuana.
