I think it sounds like a good sugestion. If the purpose is purely to intimidate, cause distress or push someone to the brink of suicide, it should be punishable

There is no sufficient reason for this law as far as I'm concerned. It has limited practical value for protecting the public at large, and considering the expansion of government because a few emo idiots committed suicide is not something I am supportive of. Furthermore, this kind of online activity goes on on a frequent basis. And again, why it should be a felony because less than one percent of people who are victims of it actually commit suicide is asinine.

Flint once threatened me that if i did not stop attacking him he would actually commit suicide.

It was a round in SD, where i was playing SS, and he was toghether with HC4E. I sabbed all HC4E portals, and he deleted, and then i proceeded raiding all 200 of Flints unportalled planets. He started cussing me so severely, telling me i was a child molester, anti christ etc, when that didnt work, he threatened me with committing suicide, and said that his blood would be on my hands. In The end he got blocked for his ingame abuse and was deleted. "Unfortunately" wink it seems he did not keep his word

You can.

See there are cases where a person A will harass another person B to the point that
the person B commits suicide. Up until now there is no way to charge person A. Now with
this there is an obvious law broken, meaning that person A can be charged with something. <

That's not flaming, that is harassment, which I believe is illegal in the real world.
