Not many people know this, but I own the first radio in Springfield. Not much on the air then, just Edison reciting the alphabet over and over. "A" he'd say; then "B." "C" would usually follow...

Whow, I had almost forgotten what a crowded space IC once was.
Just clicking on some rounds: from beta 3 to about round 6 it shows 100 families in MW (at that time families consisted of upto 20 members).

It was an accomplishment one was proud of to find yourself in the top... 100.

But what I actually wanted to say or ask, is it planned to reintegrate the hall of fame?

Round 3 saw 120 families in Milky Way. It was the peak moment in IC's history. There were 6 huge tri-alliances (plus other fine families) and more awesome wars than anyone could care to remember. It was also the round that inspired the 'jumps' that rocked and ruined rounds 4-? before rules were changed to eliminate them. In addition the round was the first after IC's first shuffle, so wasn't ruined by "super-families" - albeit Ryan's last-minute created family was a tad strong. Perks of Moderatorship...

As Altrust says the top 100 was a feat back then. I spent 2.5 weeks battling to get there and my family was (at best) 60th towards the end of explo-phase.
