Im running the Boston Marathon on April 21st.
Qualified in Chicago, 2006.   3:18 and change.

Anyone here on the Forum Running ??

Anyone do Marathons at all ??

No. Given that my metabolism is ridiculously high, I can afford the leisure of being physically inactive. I take full advantage of it.

just out of idle curiousity, what kind of barriers do they put up to stop you from driving into the marathon runners?

my Dad will be running a marathon, i think in Detroit. he's been training for a while, probably gonna kill himself, he's 50.

My kids think Im sick. 

Came back from my last 20-miler training run last Sunday.
Took me 3-4 hours to recover.

Running is a boring way to excercise.
