"Phorm works by taking a copy of the traffic generated when a users visits a website, analyses the text in this traffic and then uses the resulting information to insert targeted adverts on sites that have signed up."

I myself agree with the findings of Dr Richard Clayton, Phorm is nothing more than an illegal interception of data and that to allow it to exist on any level is the first step to a Police State.

FFS. The internet needs a group like Anon, only 10X stronger, to fight off BS like this. But then again, who guards the guardians?

While I have no particular knowledge in this area of technology, it seems very sketchy. But than again, there are worries that will so many people using Google (I.E.- one single search engine) it's possible for Google to use that for something like this.
