Eve online.  www.eve-online.com One universe, foughly 250,000 subscribers, repeat in the same universe.  Real time training so you set a skill and 2 days later wheter you play or not it finishes so no "grinding"

Yeah, I've been playing for nearly a year now and am on my 3rd month of playing by isk.  Trading is your friend:D, find lazy people who don't wanna go 1 jump for ammunition and charge em 3X the price.
