No shock to Republicans, after all this is a required step for Fascism, that Obama is planning to force the major banks to come under his direct control.

The method is insidious from the start. Having accepted bail out cash they gave non-voting stock later as a means of giving potential value for the bailout cash.

After the first series of questionable Obama actions against CEO's one in particular wished to give it back, and had the means to do so.

They were refused.

They could have said 'here anyways' but they know that there is one way Obama could destroy any bank in the United States. A full audit.

A full audit would in effect force the bank to give money only when authorized during the audit, and under careful guidelines. Direct deposit payments would not be accepted for a while during the audit, and other outgoing payments set on automatic payment would not as well. Nor would checks be immediately reimbursed.

This action is normally reserved for banks who admit they have failed and need to use FDIC insurance to cover their depositors. However this heavy hammer is being held over their heads to force them to keep the money.

This bank is now being joined by a number of such banks in a panic, begging to be let go and to give the money back and get their stock back.

Now why are they in a panic? Obama's administration has quietly said they will convert the non-voting stock to voting stock and will effect changes in each and every bank.

Further Obama has started to move to take control of the Credit Card companies and is prepared to govern them.

To those who know these steps are exactly what is needed to start fascism in the United States. The Democrats, who have audited Bill O'Reilly 3 times, Rush Limbaugh 12 times in nearly a row, and who have targeted other Republicans for severe auditing schedules.

Control of the banks with people who are like minded to audit Republicans for wanting to downsize government payroll, downsize the government workforce, will result in falsification of banking records also.

Mass arrests are just on the horizon...

When Obama controls the money, he can do what he wants. He will be the new Mussolini and will not let bad things be said about him or his government, just like Mussolini would not let it happen. The blame will always be on someone else, and nothing will get better, only worse. Mr. Smiles will be replaced with Mr. Abs. Stare at those abs all you want, cause he wants to keep you from knowing the truth.
