You get 5% plus 1% for each morale planet.

Fleet Admiral Tag makes your fleets ATTACK strength 5% stronger (nothing to do with moral)

Moral planets give you +1 MORAL regeneration per tick (ontop of your base +5 per tick)

on all planets i took from you - I have left your original buildings - the reason i didnt take all unportalled planets you have is because this is just to show you to use a different tone and diplomacy when you wish to be neighbours with me - you can have your planets back with buildings - exept for the planet that was originally mine - and which you claimed was part of your core - IF i should have to continue to be enemies with you then next time i will destroy your infra and make an effort to keep the planets - the choice is yours.
