I know this post should go into the "ideas" thread. But wouldn't it be nice if there was some sort of tool to look up which fams are currently at war and with whom? It would leave no room for excuses or vulturing, and even more importantly... no room for baseless whining.
you get a lot of mid sized fams who hide behind war on relations with like 10 planets in conflict...... so unless captures and losses where public it would be useless
true. but that combined with Toadies new tool. Everyone would be able to tell everyones relations.
just use his tool to see the target fams last 3 days - if all you see is growth then kill em

Thats from the past 2 IC years, along with quite a lot from before where i didnt save any info. Im not discrediting your attacking, but Im not a huge fan of how you assume people hide behind war declarations and feel free to hit them when they take one planet. Play the game how you want to play it, but to fault a family for retaking a planet or clearing a planet that is being portalled and will be used later to take the system, sounds like what you tell everybody who complains here to do. Anyway, early congrats on the allied win, as much hate as was thrown around here nobody else could match you guys in the end.
They make it look so easy, but it aint... Busy times atleast, hehe

We actually gained 81 planet(s) in total. Unfortunately they managed to retake 46.

doesn't matter now 31 has already screwed my fam, 33 and 39 are taking planets at will we are just waiting for next round
edit: actually i think our long war deserves a better explanation, basically we all got bored of not fighting and were just waring for the fun of it till the end of the round, there has been continuous fighting between us since the war started and its just a jackass thing for 31 to come in a screw it all up
go fight a fam closer to your nw 31 instead of naping them and then calling your self a pro for rapeing all the smaller fams

you should have done what normal fams do - which is war and then nap NOT WAR FOR 3 WEEKS then cry when another fam hits you alot after you tried to clear them......

we would of naped if they asked for it but both sides were just fine waring till the end of round

you tried to clear me..... (the reason i could blow you up - you being less than 35%) you took a morale off me - so i decided to teach you a lesson (lesson being dont think big fams wont hit you cos your little)
and im sorry this gal has more than 2 fams so fams deciding they will war for a whole month til eor is not going to work - this is the total definition of hiding behind a war....
Id agree the war was going on for a while, but part of the reason was it was a family ranked higher in both planets and nw than both us and our allies combined. So we take our time and finally got to where we could hit them. Its not always a quick and easy war, especially when you are the little guy and dont feel like giving up any more planets than you need to. 59 went inactive, I cant argue that, but to have a personal vandetta to go after a fam for just one planet, even a morale, is a bit excessive lol.
I guess bottom line is it was up to us to ask for a NAP and we never got around to it. Instead we took our time working our way up and doing what we could with 59 till we were in a position to finally attack them. We were both going back and forth on attacks for a while, so there wasnt much hiding going on, just a lull while we set up. I guess Im kinda surprised you didnt have infils on at least half of 59 like you normally do with people you are about to hit. Whats done is done, and the round is about over, so congrats again and Im sure we will all see ya next round

I agree with eagledjk. This war has been nothing for anyone to hide behind. Families have vultured both #1759 and my family throughout. For example, today #1760 just took 7 planets from one of my family members and has refused to give them back. One or two weeks ago Malcolm X of #1750 took several planets from my family even after we signed a Non Agression Pact with them a week or two before that.
This has has been unusual though. Last round it was just a matter of giving up a few planets, signing a Non Agression Pact, and moving on to the next combatant. I'm really not sure what kept my family from negotiating a Non Agression Pact. I seem to remember an original Non Agression Pact being negotiated around the beginning of the round. My family was given an ultimatum to leave every system at and above the 99 y axis.
yeah, not sure what happened from the player in my fam. My guess is just that your planets were like the teddy bear you grab when you're backed into a corner by a serial killer.
Lol, opps and attacks continues, as I asked for peace, since other fams now volture. No reply, only more opps and attacks, lol. They show they are a great fam, who can fight well, agains 1 active attacker, and the fear drives them to opp me aswell. Great display of craftship and fair play ...not.... Hope people stacked up, and do things at end.
i havent made a single attack in liek 2 days.
