Re: The PirateBay convicted!

It is amazing how long "We only show them were it is, it's not our fault is they do something illegal with it" lasted as an excuse.

"So, it's defeat for you, is it? Someday I must meet a similar fate..."

Re: The PirateBay convicted!

I'm sorry, is there a link for this? I'm disappointed if this is accurate. Fokker may think TPB's bottom line is illegal, perhaps even immoral, but there is no greater transgression that is being committed here than by that of the so-called "intellectual property" laws.

Re: The PirateBay convicted!

So if I show you where all the banks are and how much money they have it's my fault when you rob them?

Re: The PirateBay convicted!

If he creates an exact copy of the bank such that the original bank is intact
and untouched yes.

Morbo: Morbo can't understand his teleprompter. He forgot how you say that letter that looks like a man with a hat.
Linda: It's a 't'. It goes "tuh".
Morbo: Hello, little man. I will destroy you!!

Re: The PirateBay convicted!

A better analogy is: If i show you a bank, its my fault
that you find a way not to pay bank fees?

Re: The PirateBay convicted!

I would pay the damn fees if the bank moved closer to home and wasen't late with their newsletters all the time. I don't want the same newsletter over and over again.

Not many people know this, but I own the first radio in Springfield. Not much on the air then, just Edison reciting the alphabet over and over. "A" he'd say; then "B." "C" would usually follow...
