alright its been a few years i haven't figured out all the terminology yet what the hek is PvC?

Pretenders vs Contenders. Basically an estimate of the top ranked fams explaining a few key things:

A) Who they are
B) How they're doing
C) How it seems they've got to be where they are
D) What competition do they have
E) An estimate about what you think will happen to them
F) Just for kicks whether you think they're a Contender for the win, or a pretender (someone who gets way ahead early to look good)
G) Reason you think that, common reasons are -
    1) explo way too much leaving no resources for infra
    2) too much fleet and no infra to support it
    3) 1 person doing the carrying with the rest inactive
    4) too much infra with no defences that get picked off fast
