well if like cloud said the age of consent is 18 then i dont see the problem - its not legal !



but in countrys where its 16 like uk  i think its a joke that someone 18 can have sex with someone 16 legal yet if there was a photo he would be locked up.......  stupid.

The age of consent in the US varies by state, but it's between 16 and 18. In my state it's 16, but because of stupid laws it can still be illegal for an adult to copulate with someone who is 16. 18 probably won't get you arrested, but you can bet you will be if you're 26.

i think the laws about that vary by state as well then smile i heard about a law that up to 24 yr olds could do 16 yearolds or something, after 24, it would be a crime smile in that case the kid should be 18, or 18+

i forgot what state it was, and i might have gotten the numbers wrong, lol tongue
just wanted to demonstrate that there are "in-between" laws as well smile
