There's also this tv-diet show where they tried what models do, 'apple-diet', eatin only apples, but the person really got enough of eating apples only and she didn't get any thinner at all.
just don't do diets, Eat less bad stuff (snicker bars, coke...) Eat less (just at lunch one plate, and dinner one sandwich and drink water whenever hungry during rest of the day) And do some jogging/rope skipping, walk from home to the next city, some swimming etc
And in a month perhaps you'll see some changes. Dunno, depends ofc, I'm no specialist. but if you haven't tried that it might work.
