Topic: Would you like the current round of SD to be extended for 1 week'

i think its too early in the round to determine this..

i mean who knows what will happen in 10 days time.. the round will look completely different smile

for now ive put yes.. but i think you should ask again in a week or two time



anyone else? ideas.. thoughts.. ?

I've put no. Sure a chaos round is fun, but if you make it too long people will devote more time to infra and it won't be as chaotic.

i would like it to go on another week, but you can't tell right now, it could be that when we get to the 3 week time there will be hardly anyone left or such clear winners the rest go inactive anyway.

No, ICPG will start after SS-SD is over, no matter how much longer it lasts.
That has nothing to do with this poll.

Dimpel, we can't change the game right now. All we want to know is do most want it extended a week. Some have mentioned it to me that it was too short so we just want to know what the others have to say about it.

people made decisions on what to take for research and attack based on the length of the round. extending it by 1/3 makes a big difference tongue

i say no. plus i want icpg to start sooner tongue

I voted no, I want Chaos to end and ICPG to start, am I correct in assuming another week of SD means another week later start for ICPG? Because I do have a life outside of IC and having to play so late into the summer is barely practical as it is. If it is extended much further I'll have to drop my campaign to be a leader or maybe to play all together. I plan on retiring after the next ICPG, hopefully as a member of the winning fam. But whatever the result I am moving to the other side of the country starting my new life and re-retiring from IC (this time for good.) My lease in Virginia ends at the start of the August, then I will move away for ever and not have stable internet, so given that both Chaos and ICPG will be at least 2 months each... I would say that would put the ending of ICPG around late July. Adding another week will probably bar me from ever getting to lead hmm
