Topic: making a cool video!!! :D

ok

I'm pretty amateur at this so I need some help...


I have a little project and it's due in around 2 weeks, and it has to be something very creative and it's very open, I have some great ideas but don't really know how to get them done

So for that I need the COOLEST FREE video making software or anything along those lines

If you can help me make it, that would off course be EVEN better but that's too much to ask...so I need some advice, I need a cool free program that has some great effects and if it's user friendly and for amateurs like myself, EVEN BETTER

boo I was about to say that.

Better effects? I've seen some people do "cool" effects in Movie maker.  You can make some effects by chopping the video and playing it in a strange way.  Hek you can use paint and import pictures.

Drawing a blank but what is your video about?  And if u could post a *very rough draft on youtube maybe you could get some early feedback.

The video is actually about Hamlet big_smile


My friend who's still in highschool is doing it, and I'm helping him out..

it's supposed to show the progression of Hamlet's character.. represented by images, symbols, songs etc.

Oops, that program is for linux only. Sorry about that. Who would've thought that they wouldn't have a windows binary? You could run it on windows with andLinux but you probably don't want to deal with that.

cost alot but im sure you can get a free copy on the internets.

also.. adobe after effects..

think of a nice idea and with adobe premiere elements you can make it reality big_smile

BTW I remember I got the name of this program that lets you download any video on the internet, it was really cool, it just had a popup everytime I played the window asking me if I want to download that program

anyone have a link for that?
