They're scrapping with us, we tell them we're having some fun with 19, and now they declare. Meh. Apparantly they MUST dominate the round, and cant allow other people to have their fun without distraction.

I guess it's how you look at it really.  Rather than message us and try to work something out while we were and still are at war with 1716, you decided to clear us instead.  So our decision is to Declare on you and take the sector you were so concerned about safe guarding.  So now you want to whine in UNI about how we are not allowing you to have fun.......Whatever.  It's called "Imperial Conflict"  It's not called "Imperial Cash Factory Building Contest"  It's a damn war game.

Say you're the number 1 fam, and you wat the number 2 fam. That's all well and good. When you're STILL warring that number 2 fam after they have been knocked down to 8th-13th, with no hope of defending themselves whatsoever, that is called farming.
