lets take 97 for example here. 

they both save, cancel nap, and prepare for war.  what happens? everyone goes into v-mode and leaves portgas holding the bag.  Parrot decided to be nice and nap them.  why?  cause he felt bad for them............

Week 23, 14

This is a declaration of the official P NAP Between 1697 and 1687.

We as the losers, owe no planets as compensation. NAP lasts through EoR and cannot be cancelled by either side. This NAP is effective immediately and any further attacks from either side must be compensated.

Compensation is standard. 1 failed attack or op = 1 planet comp. 1 successful attack or op = 2 planet comp.

As for exploration there are no strict guidelines however we should try to avoid exploring in one another's cores. Sharing any systems is allowed and does not need to be traded to either side. Either side breaking this NAP officially makes them a piece of crap... etc, etc... okay Parrot-san, I think that about covers it :-D PS. Your theme still sucks :-P
