Anyway, its not as if this all means much.  They declared on us like a day ago, and they still havnt hit us, nor have we hit them.  Poki however, has explored in a few of our close core systems.  But that's about it.

Avg size per planet = 220
Avg nw per planet = 600k/3 = 200k nw

Nw per infra = 4nw

Avg buildings per planets = 50k

Avg OB = ((50k/220) - 1) * 100 = 22600% OB Planets
