Yes, the exact 48h clause wasnt specified, and if you had notified us and attacked us even 24h hours later, well thats fair game.  The fact that you didnt give a heads up, is what is kinda lame.  It takes just a little bit of common sense to realise without notification of the cancelation of a nap, the nap itself is then usless. because it switches from:

a promise not to atttack you until a future time is decided upon

to:

i promise not to attack you, until i decide to attack you 

and really, thats what the game is already without a nap signed,  You never returned our core as per agreement, and when we pushed he issue you tried pawning them off on your allies.

You never received a msg about the core planets, because i sent messages to your previous leader, should i have to re-send every msg to every family when they swap leaders?  Not my fault theirs poor communication within your fam.

We at no point would have attacked you, so you can stop saying we were surrounding you for a preumptive strike.  We were simply forced down in that direction by 1750, and at any point you could have msgd me, saying you didnt want a nap, or that you wanted us out of a system or two.

Any way i think its begining to get a little personal in here, so to ease some tension,  i like your poem.   It is very nice.

I noticed you complaining that we didnt respond within 2 hours after you posted in this thread, but keep in mind this thread had been started much longer then that when we finally heard from you, and thats the first time ive ever heard from you through out all of this.  Also keep in mind that we may live in different time zones.

I was not complaining, it was just so everyone knew I asked you to comment directly so you did not miss out on what was going on. I wanted to make sure you could have your say.

2nd
If I had someone in my core I would message them every day and take them out asap. I would give them a warning but I would still remove them if that was the terms of the NAP. Think you guys got a little lazy really.

I am not saying I am right or wrong in anything the fam or I did. I am just trying to explain why it happened and the reasons for it. Ok so now we all know there is a loophole in the game that a miss understanding can arise from. Either we try to get it fixed, Change details in FAQ and Guide or accept it as part of the game. So either moan here and it stays the same or write a guide to honour that includes the unwritten rules so they are now written :-)

Oh and thanks for the comment on the poem. By the way I have no issue with you or your fam, just wanted to get things straight and hopefully help to get IC back on track. New Players need so much more info than is available in Virgo. FAQ and Guide help but if something is missing would be great if it is in the forum.
