well, when attacked by a family "20" times your size, your lead banker deletes taking with him over 30% of the families income, then your wizzie leaves, and then your leader leaves (which it was understood that if he left i would from the very beginning).
i feel it better to delete, than to sit around, and let a prick get easy, fully built planets, because he is too much of a coward to fight someone that would be a challenge.
i mean the Russians did it in WW2 and it worked great for them, Germany was denied anything of value, and soon lost the war from the shear expense of the wasted time, and now they will have to spend 200k to explore for themselves if they want it.... BTW 1750 FTW big_smile

well, the thing is... the only difference between this and a real war...... is that no one really dies here.
and i'm a USMC and D.O.D vet, so there are only a very few of you that really understand anything about it, and thats why you go and do these egotistical things that make no sense.... because you are young, and unwise to the facts that there is almost a 89% similarity to it here... and most of you would realise that if you had ever had to put your actual life in danger in a war or conflict situation, your whole out look on the game would change.
the biggest one would be to realise the absolute need for family team unity.
like it or not... you will never ever be in a top family if you cant realise that.... you may be good at growing, maybe even prosperous, but when it comes time to fight someone that is just as big as you are.... you will die like the dog you are without ceremony.
the numbers will only help you so far, then you have to have raw war skills.
and attacking a family that is 20 ranks lower than you, is just like being 18yo and beating up on a 10yo.... and in most countries you go to jail for that.

in a war there is no jail, and in a war weak country are meant to be conquer...if they dont, the only reason is it will cost the strong country a lot if it attack them, just like german didnt atk switzerland cuz it's surround by mountain and they got funding from them

lol, Kagar did how many attacks against them before they deleted? Someone said 11... in one system.... lol. The players deleting ruined their round. Instead of using Kagar's NW against him they chose to delete. Great effort there
