They can't be empirically tested, so out they go.

Edit: I mean, ethical realism has no justification. Ethical realism is that ethical statements are objectively true. However, I am in agreement of pragmatic ethics.

I don't think there is such thing as ethical realism tongue

however most ethical concerns tend to be either objective or arbitrary and because of that I decided that all ethics are pragmatic

Not at all.  the notion of an ethical system is highly unpractical and self-limiting.

The core joke of Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is that of course no civilization would develop personal computers with instant remote database recovery, and then waste this technology to find good drinks.
