I'm saying he's setting a new spending record for the first 100 days.
He wont pump but a few hundred million into the economy, perhaps a billion, but never a trillion will be working it's way around repairing stuff... wont happen.
Obama spent more in 2 months in wasteful spending than Bush did over 8 years. That takes talent or a desire to destroy the nation.
Obama is on track to surpass the cost of 6 years in iraq, this year. And wtf, afghanistan hit nyc, they should have been NUKED.

avo, I got banned from a couple games for saying stuff like that, the turbans of more of a right to attack the states, then the states have for attacking them, but I say nuke em anyways, atleast then we'll have more glass then we could ever use ^.^

My thing is, why is everyone complaining about each president when they have no solution of their own? Except Justinian that is. Never quite understood that about people.
We don't have a solution of our own? We could propose dozens. Hell, no "solution" would be better than spending trillions of dollars we don't have because of a problem arising from people spending money they didn't have.

You must be an accomplished economist, because you know what we don't: taxation is good for the economy!
Economic troubles? Fix them with increased taxation! Works every time! /sarcasm. This is not an argument anyone with an education would make in a million years.
My solution is:
1. The government will relax economic regulations, such as eliminating the capital gains tax. That would make our economy more attractive to invest in.
2. The government will reduce spending, especially on social programs. All social program funding will strictly adhere to the investment policy.
3. We will admit imperial overstretch, and reduce our global reach to what we can afford. We will also pursue a multilateral foreign policy. This means whining to Europe about the Iraq war. "We ffed up. Help!"
4. All tariffs will be lifted.
5. Union power will be reduced.
6. Reorganize the education system, and give preference for financial aid to students who merit it.
7. Institute a flat tax of 15%, and reduce government spending to manage with that amount. This will also increase investment, and increase revenue from elites who avoid taxes.
That's a start for me.
