if you joined IC a while back you remember there was a COH. it did not happen then.

now it is business as usual, no one forces you to log on or sign up

i understand it is an ally, but isn't anymore, they declaredwar on you, took some planets, go get them back, attack you other ally with all your savings. rebuild the planets and farm of everyne you can.

oh and before i forget: you may want to grow some balls as previously noted
