Topic: Barack Obama the Messiah

I got a bit of a laugh outta this.... It's more a statement on his economic plan, than politics, but they go hand in hand atm..

1) OBAMA IS MY SHEPHERD, I SHALL NOT WANT.

2) HE LEADETH ME BESIDE STILL FACTORIES.

3) HE RESTORETH MY FAITH IN THE DEMOCRAT PARTY.

4) HE GUIDETH ME IN THE PATH OF UNEMPLOYMENT.

5)YEA, THOUGH I WALK THRU THE VALLEY OF THE BREAD LINE I SHALL NOT GO HUNGRY.

6) OBAMA HAS ANOINTED MY INCOME WITH TAXES,

7) MY EXPENSES RUNNETH OVER MY INCOME,

8) SURELY, POVERTY AND HARD LIVING WILL FOLLOW ME ALL THE DAYS OF HIS TERM.

9) FROM HENCE FORTH WE WILL LIVE ALL THE DAYS
OF OUR LIVES IN A RENTED HOME WITH AN OVERSEAS LANDLORD.

McCain was doing reasonably well until word about the economic trouble got out and he got caught with his pants down saying "the (economic) fundamentals are good"

he would have lost momentum as the siliness of that alaskan chick got into the media, but not as much

I was going to vote for McCain until Colin Powell endorsed Obama. Else I would have voted for him. I never did really understand this Obama mania, it really seemed silly IMO. I had felt that McCain was the better qualified person. But Powell's endorsement meant a ton in terms of respect (I honestly believe that he should have run for prez and not McCain) and it helped swing my vote back to the democratic side.

The Conservative Base loves Palin.   I like Palin.  She is a to the point talker.
The More the left bash her, the more support she gets from those even leaning right....after all, if the media elite bash her, she must be OK.  Then, they actually look into her record and listen to her closer....and ...... she gets more support.

McCain had a very weak, and not so firm hold on the right....but they  (like me) were going to hold their nose and vote McCain, to try and thwart Pres. Obama.

When McCain came out in support of the Bank bail out, and said all was fine w/the US System........thats where he lost the right-wing.


This Presidency of Obama is HARDLY a mandate.  The conservative wing did what they always do when a Less than conservative wins the Republican knod.....they stay home (Like me).   

Pres. Obama is dangerous, and Im more than a little worried about my country.
