Spaz? Your a clown.. Maybe its not a get out of jail card but its a valid point... How about the US soldier boy that got found guilty of killing people in Iraq and then tried to say he had some sort of stress disorder.. And he will get less jail time then someone hacking into a Database. Taking someones life is easy these days huh smile Hey next time i wanna prove a point ill just kill someone because im pissed off and i cant remember how to do my job.. Its ok im stressed smile

Where did i get that? Well this guy faces 70 years in jail your soldier dude however will face alot less... Since when has a life sentence actually meant a life sentence? No i dont think stress counts for anything my arguement is that the defence was crying in court about this guy having stress disorders.. But this guys disease is totally ignored fullstop.. Abit harsh dont you think i think his illness has to be taken into account wink

I like how you did that...

You assume that the guy you are talking about will get the worst possible sentence, and won't get any leniency.  Then you assume that, despite the maximum sentence being given, leniency will be given for the other guy just on merit that life sentence never means life sentence.  I've got news for you... if life sentence normally doesn't mean life sentence... 70 years won't mean 70 years.  smile

tongue 70 years shouldnt have to mean 70 years in this case... In this case ALOT of leniency should be used since the guy hardley commited a crime that fits this sort of punishment smile

Then... okay!

Since the system is lenient against life imprisonment just by merit of life imprisonment never actually being life imprisonment, as you said, it's reasonable to assume 70 years will not mean 70 years because the justice system slacks on the punishments, as is evident by life imprisonment.  This is your analysis.

UFOs are real. Whether or not they are of alien origin -- or even human origin -- is up for debate. I know at least two other pilots personally who have seen something they could not describe, and the ACCs and TRACONs they were in contact with could not find it on their scopes. Both objects behaved erratically and emitted a visible light source. There are stories of other pilots, even from generations of aviation history past, who have seen strange things in the sky before. Again, whether they are an aircraft, either manned or remote, or a natural phenomenon explained by science is totally unknown.

The reason I mention pilots specifically is we are very credible witnesses to things that go "zoom" in the sky. If we can't identify it, it's either something beyond our explanation or something still considered classified. The problem is UFOs pose a significant threat to aviation safety, especially when they invade heavily controlled airspace in or around Class B airports.

But you don't have to hack government computers to know this.

it doesnt, its relative. but if around 90% of the people that would do what he did, suffers from that, then why would you treat him special? and we dont know if he has it. people can act goofy to make punishments less strict. and he claims he was looking for evidence of a UFO conspiracy, but theres no proof that that was what he was doing, could simply be a cover story.
