Topic: Has Kanye West Gone Too Far?

I think the answer must be Yes.  I am very sad to say so because Kanye West seemed a fresh new talent in hiphop, he has FLOW!  But he is just a troublemaker and I think he likes the drama of being an iconoclast more than his message being heard, even.  That bit he did robbing the mike and making Mike Meyers look like shit during the Katrina Benefit...Kanye, buy a full-page ad or something, that was NOT about YOU, you know, it was about homeless people in the world's biggest open sewer getting dry clothes and food.  And lately he did some gig and it was obvious the man spends too much time looping his stuff through a computer.  That melodious crooning on the CD is not Kayne West.  He's like Snoop Dogg, he experiments so hard he forgot that he's a champ when he just comes from the heart.

I think Kanye West needs to step down for a year.

Maybe he could fmod here, but then Nolio would have to change his name again.

Kanye's one of the best artists out there...

This is the thing I like about him: He doesn't give a [Purple Monkey's butt cheeks] about what anyone thinks of him, he does music because he wants to..not because he wants to please

a lot of people say he fell off in his latest album but he's just talking about what he feels he needs to express and it's a great album if you listen to all the songs and put them together...

Kayne West is a pompous tit. His music isn't all that great, it's average at best, it's all been done before (Timbaland for example). His ego on the other hand is terrible enough to not invite him to any decent music festival tongue. I give him 2 years!

I think Kanye West was a joke when he was born. My dog has got more musical ability than him. Yeah his ego is too big. He should be role model. I don't personally like his "music" but others listen to it so he should be decent about it.

Perhaps that is a more holistic view, but there is so little talent and content in my belief, that I think it's an insult to many musicians.
