Re: name your 5 most memorable IC memories

I don't think an internet game (with the majority of the playes <16) is an appropriate place to really be talking about peoples deaths ...

Fortunately what you think doesn't matter.

Perhaps you should learn respect?

Re: name your 5 most memorable IC memories

Cloud makes an excellent point. There's a vast majority of highschool kids on this game, and though it might be tragic to lose a player in that manner. There's a time and place for remembering them and this doesn't seem like the appropriate place.

Cloud has my respect, and has for a long time, specifically for his level and intensity of the educational program that he's in. Arfeh, if you want to trash talk him, this isn't the appropriate place for it either. Also, from the sounds of it, you've either not well respected here, or you've just lost what little you've had, specifically with me.

Death is not to be mourned
It's meant to be savored

Why not? Death is a very common and normal part of life. Death is everywhere around us. Even a kid should understand that.  It's this evasive behaviour that makes them have problems with it later on in their life...

What do I have to work with?

you listen to a lot of the cure, right?

Re: name your 5 most memorable IC memories

I think to shetler kids from something like this is tragic
we dont want kids brought up without realizing the implications of what death really is
we're not talking about guns or sex here....and there are many topics that have been prevalent in this community
what we're takling about is a natural part of life. SOmething that has changed our lives drastically...

Cloud is black, they're practically handing him the education, begging him to take it.

Re: name your 5 most memorable IC memories

Tigrine was a fun guy, with a lot of qualities, and I liked him a lot.

I just happen to also think him commiting suicide was not a good thing to do and does not deserve respect.

These are two seperate things.

im with zoz, killing yourself is not cool

Re: name your 5 most memorable IC memories

I think there are few peopel here who realize the impact of Tig's death
how it rippled through the game like an earthquake
it had a profound impact on each of us

Yeah promoting suicide as sensible to teens is murderous behavior, too many act on indirect suggestions

the solution to all teen problems is to outlive them

also, some some problems, a doctors appointment to prescribe some ointment could be the solution to the problem.

ARFeh has my respect because this really made me laugh

Cloud or Random Hero or whoever he is has my respect because it takes balls to say something as stupid as this
